My Ways Of Winning Over Depression

I used to have serious mood swings and unjustified bursts of anger that impacted my own health and my relationships with people I care about. That was until I hacked my brain that no one is responsible for your low state it was you . Be strong & Fight for our own selves. Now, I’d be shocked to feel myself wasting that much productive energy on being angry or depressed.Overcoming my feelings of anxiety makes me stronger. Here’s how you can do the same & be strong
Set Goals:
Set a daily Routine that will change your thinking about a particular aspect.
For Example: Include a daily task of arranging your bed ,as it could make you feel better when you return from your tired schedule and you see an organized part of your day , which was arranged by you at the beginning of the day , which could also encourage you to continue your rest part of the day in a veg out mood
Exercise is extremely good at improving depressive symptoms and increasing mood
For Example: Sharing my part of way, one can try to get into a veg out mood by setting a target of covering a particular distance with a parallel range of time.
Eat Healthy:
Include more proteins in your diet as it supports your physical health

Get Enough Sleep:
Don't use your mobile at night as it distracts your thoughts from sleeping

Listen To Music:
Researchers says that music can heal anything. listen to only pleasant songs more do not include any sad songs in your playlist as it will degrade your mood and feel low.
Hangout With Friends:
As you stay in a bounded space you feel alone and your same old thoughts distracts your mood and make you feel stressed so don't restrict ,Push yourself beyond your bounded space

Its an important issue specially for the young generation. And every point that you have put here to come out from depression are accurate. However, I think we could also add praying as a way of deal with depression and bring inner peace.
